Automatic Welding centerIntroduction This Welding Machine is designed and manufactured specially by aiming to working features of full-welding ball valve and the wanted welding procedure characteristics, consisting of one set of welding gantry (LM-D2500), one set of mechanical-adjusting turning rolls (JT-30) and one set of movable tailstock (HB-10). This machine is especially suitable for valves having wide diameter range. By using this machine, it may offer high working efficiency, produce nice welding seam and good welding quality; meanwhile it may improve automatic welding level or valve hugely. The machine is composed of LM-D2500 welding gantry, JT-30 mechanical-adjusting turning rolls, HB-10 moving tailstock, welding system, welding flux recovery system and control system; itcan realize the automatic welding for your full-welding ball valve.
